Intellectual Property Solicitor

Formerly a partner in a City law firm, Colleen has many years’ experience advising both private and public sector clients on a wide variety of commercial, contractual and IP matters. She has extensive knowledge in IP disputes, including brand enforcement and patent, copyright and design right issues and provides meticulous IP due diligence and expertise during mergers and acquisitions.

Colleen is a dual qualified solicitor in England and Wales and New Zealand and has two degrees in Law and Biochemistry.
